Dad Is looking better and is not fighting the ventilator as much as before. He is looking more and more comfortable each day and appears his lungs are not damaged and coping well with the settings. They are still slowly lowering the levels and virtually conducting trial runs to see how he does as the make efforts to lower the levels. Overall no change, still pushing forward and remaining he cautiously optimistic.

Till next time...

Great display of appreciation for hospital staff and 1st Responders. As you can see this is at the VA where dad is getting treated.

For those of you unaware, dad was exposed to the virus while assisting others at the VA also suffering from Covid-19.

So far so good.... docs words are still heavy on the “CAUTIOUSLY OPTIMISTIC” . They are still slowly decreasing his sedation and the likelihood of dialysis is slowly becoming faint. His creatinine is now at 2.0 vs the last lvl of 2.2. So that’s good news. The slow process continues and he is in the right path. All other levels are doing great!

Till next time...
